“These guys are awesome. Fully expected a hard-sell for a long term contract maintenance plan. Instead I was asked what my situation was, and was then scheduled for a visit at my convenience. On our initial visit we discussed the issues we were having with our server. They listened carefully! and proceeded to fix our problem almost instantly! They then gave me instruction on resolving the issue across the network, and spent the rest of our contracted time reviewing our system and cleaning up some minor issues they found on their own. Lance worked very quickly to install a new server, recover what data could be retrieved from our backups, and to get us back up and running with very little loss of time.
